TEMPORARY WORK PERMIT
Temporary Work Permit/Residence Visa allow individuals reside in Nigeria for a period not exceeding two years.
Eligibility
Experts invited by corporate bodies to provide specialised skilled services, such as after sales installation, maintenance, repairs of machines & equipment, Training/Capacity building for Nigerian staff, Audit of machinery/equipment and financial records.
Requirements
- Valid International Passport (With at least 6 Months Validity) and at least two (2) blank visa pages for endorsement (non-Rwandan passport holders must have a Rwandan resident permit)
- Two Passport Photographs (45mm x 35mm)
- Photocopies of the following pages of applicant’s International Passport:
- Data Page
- Passport Page containing Residence Permit (for non-Rwandans)
- Proof of Payment Non-refundable Visa Fee applicable to applicant’s nationality
- Formal application from Employer/Institution accepting Immigration Responsibility
- Copy of Letter of Approval from Comptroller General, Nigeria Immigration Service
- Letter of Offer of Appointment and Acceptance of Offer
- Letter of invitation from the company, specifying reason for travel and dates of travel
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation of the company/institution
- Copy of education certificates/qualifications and curriculum vitae
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
- Evidence of sufficient funds for duration of visit (Bank Statement for the past 3 months)
- Proof of satisfactory arrangement to support stay in Nigeria (i.e. Hotel Booking/Host Address in Nigeria)
- Return flight booking

Visa fees for Rwandan citizens: $4 US Dollars
