The Nigeria High Commission, Rwanda presently does not have an Immigration section, therefore Nigerians seeking passport services will have to visit the Nigeria High Commission in Uganda.
Passport Application form to be completed online via; www.passportintl.immigration.gov.ng (select Uganda as processing country).
