• Typed and signed formal application letter of request by the applicant, stating reason(s) for the request and addressed to the High Commissioner, Nigeria High Commission, Kigali, Rwanda. (Also include your email address, current address and telephone number, please)
• Photocopy of Applicant’s passport data page
• Three (3) copies of document(s) to be authenticated
• Receipt of payment of non-Refundable fee of Thirty Dollars USD ($30) to the Nigeria High Commission, Kigali – Rwanda:
